# 製品ライフサイクルポリシー

製品のフルサポート終了後または製品のライフ終了後に、Dispel製品のサービスを受けるための選択肢についてご確認ください。

Dispel が当社の技術を進化させ、変化するサイバーセキュリティ環境に対応するにつれて、当社は製品およびサービスの新しいバージョンをリリースします。Dispel は、お客様が可能な限り安全性を維持し、新機能を活用できるよう、最新の製品リリースのインストールを推奨しています。

### 一般提供（GA）フルサポート

Dispel の裁量により 1 年（1）以上、Dispel はそのバージョンに対してフルサポートを提供します。フルサポートには、インシデント対応、トラブルシューティング、製品修正、セキュリティ更新、および製品設計や機能の変更依頼が含まれます。

### 延長サポート

下のスケジュール表に従ってフルサポートが終了した後、Dispel はさらに 12 か月（12）の延長サポートを提供します。延長サポートは、トラブルシューティング、推奨される回避策、および重大（CVSS 9+）なセキュリティ脆弱性の軽減に限定されます。トラブルシューティングの問題またはバグの原因が後続バージョンで修正された場合、Dispel サポートはお客様にフルサポート対象バージョンへのアップグレードを案内します。

### サポート終了

製品がサポート終了に達すると、その製品に新しい修正は行われません。サポート終了を過ぎた製品の問題を解決するには、Dispel サポートはお客様にまずフルサポート対象バージョンへのアップグレードを求めます。

セルフヘルプサポートは、製品のライフサイクル全体を通じて利用でき、製品がフルサポート終了に達した後も最低 12 か月間利用できます。一般的な問題の解決を支援するため、Dispel のドキュメント、FAQ、トラブルシューティングツール、その他のリソースが提供されます。サポート終了を過ぎたソフトウェアのバージョンでは、セルフヘルプサポートは最新ではないか、利用できない場合があります。
